Two-Day Workshop

Our 2-day Performance Consulting workshop is the foundation for building consulting capability in your organization. It is designed to provide authentic practice of the skills used by successful performance consultants to work strategically in partnership with business leaders.

What You'll Learn

Similar to our 1-day course, participants in this program will practice the skills needed to:

  • Work strategically in partnership with business leaders
  • Align business, performance, organizational, and individual capability needs
  • Identify root causes that underlie gaps in business and performance results
  • Reframe tactical requests for learning solutions to focus on the real results stakeholders need to achieve

Plus

Our second day is dedicated almost totally to authentic practice and feedback. Participants will apply the models and techniques covered on the first day in two reframing skill-practice discussions; first as the consultant, then in the role of a client/stakeholder.

We close the second day with a model for gaining access, credibility, and trust (the ACT model) to build and grow sustained client relationships.
